Check-In : From 3:00 PM onwards
Check-Out : Before 11:00 AM

We invite you to arrive after 3 PM to begin your serene stay, and to check out by 11 AM so we can prepare the space with care for the next guest.

Check-In Information:

A refundable cash deposit of RM100 per room will be collected during check-in.

Sustainability Practices

To support environmental sustainability, Ethos Forest DOES NOT provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, or towels. We kindly ask guests to bring their own personal care items.

We encourage mindful living during your stay — conserve energy, water, and resources whenever possible. Small actions make a big difference in keeping our forest sanctuary thriving.

Quiet Hours

To preserve the calm of the forest, we kindly ask all guests to observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Resort Policies

Please note that Ethos Forest is a MEAT-FREE resort. Bringing or consuming meat on the premises is strictly prohibited.

Any intentional harm to wildlife, habitat disturbance, or collection of animal specimens is strictly forbidden and may incur a RM2,000 fine.

No Smoking Policy

Ethos Forest is a SMOKE-FREE environment. Smoking is not permitted in rooms or indoor spaces to maintain the purity of our air and natural surroundings.

Pet

Ethos Forest encourage customer to be friendly to animals. But with due respect to our customer who come from all walk of life, we DO NOT ALLOW to bring pets to Ethos Forest to ensure the comfort of all guests and the safety of our wildlife friends. Thank you for your understanding.​

Personal Belongings

Please keep your valuables secure. The resort will not be held responsible for loss or damage of personal items.

Luggage Storage

Complimentary luggage storage is available at our reception before check-in or after check-out — travel light and worry-free.

Important Notice:

A surcharge of RM50 per room applies on weekends, public holidays, and school holidays.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations before 14 days of the booked date can be rescheduled at no cost.

Cancellations within 8 to 13 days of booked date will be charged 50%.

Cancellations within 7 days of booked date will be charged the entire booking and considered as no-show.

All rescheduling is only valid within one month of the booking date, subject to availability.
